After Loss

Loss is not always marked by absence. Some of the deepest grief is carried while the people we love are still here, changed, unreachable, or no longer who they once were. As a mother, I understand this intimately. The experience of holding strength for others while quietly carrying sorrow of my own has shaped how I sit with people in moments of vulnerability, uncertainty, and emotional truth.

This work also grew through personal loss. The passing of my grandfather, who was a steady and grounding presence throughout my childhood, brought with it not only grief, but regret. Regret for time lost, conversations left unfinished, and moments that could not be made up. Living with these realities changed how I understand connection, accountability, and the emotional weight people carry when time runs out.

I have also known grief in the quietest form, grieving someone who is still living. I have had to grieve my own mother through separation and learn what it means to move through womanhood without a mother to call, to ask for guidance, or to share the small, ordinary moments that once felt assumed. It is the grief of losing not only a person, but the role they held and the version of yourself that existed in relationship to them.

Because of this, I hold deep compassion for those navigating grief in all its forms, whether it exists between the living, the departed or somewhere in between worlds. I understand the ache of what was left unsaid, the longing to resolve what feels incomplete, and the burden of carrying love that has nowhere left to go.

My approach to psychic and evidential mediumship is grounded, precise, and deeply respectful of the emotional weight people bring into a session. Holding grief for both the living and the dead has sharpened my discernment and deepened my sensitivity to emotional truth. I work with loss in all its expressions, spoken and unspoken, and hold a space that is calm, honest, and intentional.
